Leslie Grygiel is a certified professional executive and leadership development coach. She combines her performance consulting, learning & development and coaching skillsets to improve the financial performance and positive impact of organizations through continuous improvement of leadership abilities and mindset.

Leslie has extensive experience in the financial services industry, from her start as a commercial lender to her most recent corporate role as the Chief Learning Officer for the commercial banking division of a top ten U.S. firm. Having built and led large teams throughout her career, she is an experienced leader, teacher, mentor and coach who is passionate about continuously developing and evolving leadership skills at all levels of organizations, from first time people manager, to the C-Suite. Leslie coaches globally, across a wide variety of industries including consumer products, food and beverage, mining, technology, software development, consulting and marketing/advertising.

Education, Training and Certifications

Leslie earned her M.S. in Instructional and Performance Technology from Boise State University and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. Her coaching skills have been certified by both the Coaches Training Institute (CPCC) and the International Coaching Federation (PCC); and, she is certified in the Leadership Circle Profile.
