Western Carolinas Monthly Meeting: Diversity & Inclusion in Coaching: What We Don't Talk About

Ever get curious about how an African American man's professional life is impacted by his identity? Or how a lesbian professional woman feels at a business dinner for couples? Ever wonder whether it's okay to ask about that? Or if it's okay not to? We will explore a tool to help us learn a little more about diversity identity groups and learn a framework for dialoguing about  difference across difference.

Meet the Presenter: Rebekah Lowe


Rebekah supports her clients in achieving their next measure of superior performance by using her extensive executive experience, advanced leadership education, and certifications from Georgetown University's Leadership Coaching Program and the International Coaching Federation. Through executive coaching, group and team coaching, and consultation on leadership and culture, her clients benefit from Rebekah's experience leading executive teams and boards throughout her corporate career. Rebekah has had the honor of partnering with senior leaders and entrepreneurs in finance, health care, academia, engineering, accounting, national community service agencies, and hospitality. She works with her clients to successfully achieve their leadership goals, because she understands the extreme demands of the executive life, and she helps them create higher performance by providing long-lasting skills that will lead to greater behavioral sustainability. A member of ICF Global and ICF Charlotte Area Chapter, Rebekah is a PCC-credentialed coach who serves on the volunteer leadership team of ICF Charlotte's Western Carolinas sub-chapter.
