As an executive coach, Guillermo has partnered for years with clients to help them realize their vision of professional success. He often focuses his coaching on communication because he believes we can address most business problems by increasing awareness around how we communicate.
Before becoming a coach, Guillermo excelled for over 15 years in a variety of roles that included mechanical design engineer, owner's representative on construction projects for the Federal Aviation Administration, and team leader in the corporate real estate group at Bank of America. He's also taken professional detours to work as a music teacher and as a business communication consultant, both of which led to his discovering his passion for coaching.
Guillermo holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), an MBA from UNC Chapel Hill, and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the ICF.
