Western Carolinas Monthly Meeting: Improv: Packing a More Powerful Coaching Punch

Do your powerful questions sometimes fall flat? Do you sometimes feel like something is "off" in your communication but can't put your finger on it? Use the principles of improv to will learn in a fun and experiential way how to be more aware and present for your clients, ask more powerful questions, have more engaging and dynamic interactions with your clients (or partners or friends or business associates) and deepen the trust and intimacy in your relationships. This course was developed as a result of coaching coaches who wanted to ensure a successful certification exam.

The goals of our discussion are to:
•    Learn more about powerful questioning through improvisation principles
•    Increase engagement and energy in your conversations
•    Align your skills with ICF competencies in real time

Meet Your Presenter: Cynthia Way, PCC, CPCC

Cynthia Way, PCC, CPCC, is an executive coach, team builder, facilitator and workshop leader. She is principal of Way To Go! Cynthia's former lives include social therapist, CIA officer, artist, and biometrics fingerprint consultant. Her niche is leadership development in the federal government and connecting people to their passion and purpose.
